These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you") and n baazi (hereinafter "n baazi", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the n baazi website located at https://n-baazi.com and all associated services, features, games, promotional offers, and communications provided through that website.

By creating an account on n baazi, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unequivocally confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the n baazi platform in any capacity.

n baazi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of n baazi after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated or localised version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Access to and use of the n baazi platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times while you maintain an active account:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. n baazi is strictly an 18+ platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited without exception.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of n baazi is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of n baazi, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the n baazi platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

n baazi reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or eligibility at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of n baazi services, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register an account by completing the registration process on the n baazi platform. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and phone number — is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the n baazi platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, n baazi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and to void any bonuses, winnings, or pending transactions associated with those accounts.

n baazi operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its account management procedures. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet confirmation)
• Source of funds documentation where deposit activity exceeds certain thresholds

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. n baazi will never request your password through any support channel. You must notify n baazi's support team immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. n baazi accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

All financial transactions on the n baazi platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). n baazi does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs associated with transactions made through international payment methods are borne solely by the player.

Accepted Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any given time and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit amount on n baazi is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, though n baazi reserves the right to apply individual player deposit limits for compliance or responsible gaming purposes. Deposits are typically credited to your n baazi account within thirty (30) seconds of a successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Processing: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile wallets are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions: n baazi reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to the account, or to a method that has been verified in the player's name as part of the KYC process. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method held in a third party's name.

• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before becoming eligible for withdrawal, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.
• n baazi reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees from withdrawal amounts, with prior notice of applicable fee schedules posted on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests made during peak periods such as BPL season or national holidays may experience processing delays. n baazi will use reasonable endeavours to communicate any such delays to affected players.

Any attempt to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit through a payment provider without first contacting n baazi's support team constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of the account and initiation of debt recovery procedures for any outstanding balance.

n baazi offers a range of bonus and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16).

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In particular:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only and not to the deposit amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. n baazi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse, account collusion, or fraudulent activity. Players who are found to have exploited promotional offers through systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash may have their accounts reviewed and their bonuses forfeited.

All games available on the n baazi platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules address matters not covered by these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n baazi platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other technological tool to interact with games or markets in a manner not intended for human players
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or coordinate betting strategies in live casino environments
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited software error are void and will be deducted from the player's balance
• Arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed exclusively to exploit bonus offers or promotional credits rather than to engage with the platform in good faith
• Using multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or artificially inflate wagering statistics
• Any form of money laundering, including using the n baazi platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activity

All slot games, RNG table games, and virtual sports on the n baazi platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and represent long-term statistical averages across a large number of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will vary and are not predictable.

Sports betting markets and live casino odds are set and managed by n baazi and its licensed data and gaming partners. n baazi reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error or where the applicable odds were materially incorrect due to a technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account in full.

n baazi's decisions regarding the settlement of wagers, game outcomes, and dispute resolution are final and binding, subject only to the formal complaint and dispute escalation procedure set out in section 8 of these Terms.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your n baazi account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, n baazi will process the closure within two (2) business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure: n baazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account, and to withhold or void associated balances and pending withdrawals, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within a specified timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Collusion, bot usage, or any other form of gameplay manipulation
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated against a deposited amount
• Discovery that the account holder is a current n baazi employee or immediate family member of one
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requiring account restriction

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, any balance in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited in its entirety and n baazi reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any damages suffered.

Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method within ten (10) business days of the closure decision.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. n baazi will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder at the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee of ৳200 per month. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting the support team and completing any required re-verification.

n baazi is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and never a source of financial hardship, emotional distress, or personal harm. n baazi takes its duty of care toward its player base seriously and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum allowable loss amount over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets or is adjusted.
• Session Time Controls: Players may configure a maximum gaming session duration and receive reality check notifications at regular intervals during active gameplay.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a short-term break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, deposits and wagers are blocked but account access remains available for review purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion is activated within 24 hours of a confirmed request. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
